Yet, most of the time we are trying to deny the existence of things that beyond our sight, we deny the truth because we can’t see it yet it does not mean we can’t see it therefore it does not exist. In fact, there are many things in reality that we can’t see but there are exists such as water that exist in the form of gas, virus that truly small to been seen, wind that blows that we can feel but we can’t see.
Hence, it was truly a great blessing that we can share a new discovery of a rare snake from the forest of tropical jungle and the scientific name for this snake is Coelognathus radiate a slight venomous colubrid snake. Perhaps, these snake’s photos that was photograph by Jerome Towonsing on the 20th August, 2011 from Pelantong Village in Sabah can be considered the best picture of its kind as the only photo that shown in the Centre Nationale de La Rechercher Scientifique (CNRS International) website was the low resolution photo. This snake commonly found in the forest of tropical jungle such as Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapura and Thailand.
Hence, this rare snake is among 2000 colubrid snake species that harmless to human yet the CNRS International urges the necessity to preserve the biodiversity of these colubrid snakes, as much for their role in maintaining ecosystems as for their chemical diversity and the medical potential that they represent.
